My coaching approach is grounded in evidence-based psychological models such as DNA-V, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness.
I'm passionate about helping adolescents develop the skills and mindset they need to thrive in life.
By using DNA-V and other models, I help them develop self-awareness, resilience, decision-making skills, emotional regulation, and mental health. These are essential skills for navigating the challenges of adolescence and preparing for a successful adulthood.
Through my coaching, adolescents will experience a range of benefits, including improved communication and relationships with their parents and peers, a deeper understanding of themselves, their values and goals, enhanced emotional regulation, and greater resilience. They will also develop strategies for managing stress and anxiety, building positive relationships, and achieving their goals.
I believe that each adolescent is unique and requires a personalized approach to coaching. That's why I tailor my coaching to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual.
